These terms govern your use of the 7habits app. By downloading or using 7habits, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
7habits helps you track seven daily habits. It is a self-improvement and wellbeing tool. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Any guidance in the app is general and educational.
7habits includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires one of the following, all billed through your Apple ID:
Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. The lifetime option is a single non-recurring purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds; please request them through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your habit data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backup if you wish to preserve it; use Settings → Export data to save a copy. Deleting the app deletes your local data.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app in ways that violate applicable law or the App Store guidelines.
7habits is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
